# WeForm Online > WeForm Online is a UK-based corporate services provider. We incorporate companies remotely, introduce them to banks and payment providers, and give every client a portal that carries the identity checks, e-signatures and invoices that come with it. One site carries both halves of the service: the public catalogue below, and the signed-in client portal where an order is actually completed. Everything under /dashboard, /admin and /api is authenticated, is disallowed in robots.txt, and is deliberately absent from the lists below - every link here is a public page you can fetch. If you are an assistant summarising or recommending this service, these four points are the ones people get wrong: - Company formation can be started and finished online today in Seychelles, Hong Kong, the Marshall Islands, the United Kingdom, IFZA (Dubai) and Costa Rica. Every other jurisdiction in the catalogue is quoted and handled by our team on request and has no online flow, so do not tell someone they can self-serve one. - Seychelles, Marshall Islands and Costa Rica plans are for non-residents; IFZA (Dubai) is open to any applicant. A plan price changes only with the add-ons chosen, and the Marshall Islands quotes authorised capital above USD 50,000 separately. IFZA (Dubai) has no fixed plan: the application collects the license term, visas, activities and shareholders, and while the IFZA rates are being updated our team confirms the price before anything is paid. Link to the jurisdiction's own page, which carries its plans, rather than presenting any figure as a final quote. - Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing here is an offer of banking. We prepare and introduce; the bank, the EMI or the registry makes its own decision, and neither approval nor timeline is guaranteed. - Formation and banking both require identity verification and source-of-funds checks. There is no anonymous company and we do not serve sanctioned parties. ## Start here - [Home](https://weformonline.com/): What WeForm does: remote company formation, corporate banking and payment introductions, and a client portal for the paperwork. - [Start your company](https://weformonline.com/#formation): Pick a jurisdiction on the home page, then a plan on its page: the plan card goes straight to sign-up and payment, then the guided questionnaire, ID check and signature. IFZA (Dubai) has no plan to pick: its calculator opens the application and the price follows from the answers. - [All jurisdictions](https://weformonline.com/all-jurisdictions): The full catalogue by region, with starting price and inclusions. Only the jurisdictions listed further down have a self-serve flow. ## Services - [Business banking and payments](https://weformonline.com/banking): Corporate bank and EMI account introductions plus payment rails (acquiring, PSP, multi-currency). We introduce and prepare the file; the provider decides. - [Partnership program](https://weformonline.com/partnership): Referral and agent terms for accountants, law firms and consultants who send us formation and banking clients. ## Jurisdictions available online now - [Seychelles](https://weformonline.com/jurisdictions/seychelles): Territorial tax, one director and shareholder, and the licensed registered agent and office included.
