We Form Online does not provide incorporation, company secretarial, registered office, or nominee services to businesses, entities, or individuals operating in or associated with any of the following sectors:

• Adult Services & Content: Pornography, adult entertainment, escort agencies, or sexually explicit content platforms.
• Alcohol, Tobacco & Vaping: Manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or unlicensed resale of alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, and vaping products.
• Cannabis & Controlled Substances: Marijuana, CBD, cannabis-derived products, and unapproved pharmaceuticals or chemical precursors.
• Defense & Controlled Items: Firearms, ammunition, weapons dealing, military contracting, tactical supplies, and dual-use weaponry.
• Gambling & Betting: Online casinos, sports betting platforms, lotteries, and unregulated gaming operations.
• High-Risk Commodities: Unregulated trade in precious metals, rough/uncut gemstones, crude oil, and extractive energy assets.
• High-Value / Cash-Intensive Sectors: Unregulated luxury goods resale, pawn shops, and high-frequency cash operations.
• Speculative Financial Products: Binary options, unregulated Forex brokerage, and Contracts for Difference (CFDs).
• Unlicensed Financial & Credit Services: Unlicensed Money Services Businesses (MSBs), wire remittances, payday lending, and third-party debt collection agencies.
• Virtual Assets & Unregulated Crypto: Unlicensed Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs), privacy coins, token sales/ICOs, and crypto-mixing or tumbling services.

We Form Online does not onboard clients, incorporate entities, or provide administrative services involving countries subject to comprehensive international sanctions or designated as high-risk jurisdictions by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and local regulators.
